Enjoying Momoyama Mount Fuji Fruit Shaved Ice at Kurashiki Momoko White Wall Main Store
When visiting the Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter, it’s not just about the white-walled warehouses, willow trees, and the Kurashiki River boat tours. In the summer, enjoying a cool dessert is a must! Our family found our way to Kurashiki Momoko White Wall Main Store for some sweet treats.
There are five Kurashiki Momoko stores in this historic district. Initially, we went to the main store, but the queue was quite long, so we decided to go to the White Wall Main Store instead.
At the entrance of the main store, we saw a sign showing all five store locations, which are close to each other—except for the Kurashiki Civic Hall Store, which is a bit farther. After deciding on what we wanted to try, we walked over to the White Wall Main Store and saw a map of the store locations there as well.
Each of the five stores specializes in different desserts:
- Kurashiki Main Store: Peach Lemon Jelly Cake
- Kurashiki Central Store: Peach Parfait & Whole Peach Jelly Cake
- Kurashiki General Store: Peach Jelly Cake
- Kurashiki Civic Hall Store: Sumomo Plum Parfait & White Peach Pistachio Jelly Cake
- White Wall Main Store (where we went): Momoyama Mount Fuji Fruit Shaved Ice
Inside the White Wall Main Store, there were so many flavors of ice cream—it was hard to choose because everything looked delicious!
Our family ordered the Momoyama Mount Fuji Fruit Shaved Ice and shared it among the three of us. It was packed with peaches, shaped like Mount Fuji, and absolutely delicious! The finely shaved ice was generously topped with sweet, juicy peaches—a perfect summer treat.
