1.餅皮➩將溫熱水分次加入中筋麵粉當中,燙麵可增加餅皮韌性
2. 內餡➩韭菜、蝦皮、粉絲、碎蛋、白豆乾或豆皮,佐以鹽巴、胡椒粉、少許香油調味
3.以平底️不沾鍋+鍋蓋乾烙至熟即可
