For the first time, I got to admire the beautiful Tokyo Tower up close at night

I’ve been to Tokyo many times, but I had always admired Tokyo Tower from a distance. This time, I specifically planned an evening visit to see it up close.

After enjoying a delicious Thick-Cut Pork Loin Cutlet Set at Iwai Tonkatsu (とんかつ屋 いわい 大門), we took a leisurely walk through Shiba Park toward Tokyo Tower.

By the time we passed Zojoji Temple, night had fallen. The deep blue evening sky combined with the brilliant red Tokyo Tower created a truly breathtaking view. Behind the tower stands the modern skyscraper Azabudai Hills, home to Mori JP Tower, which is currently the tallest building in Japan.

Viewing Tokyo Tower from the Pedestrian Bridge

As we got closer to Tokyo Tower, we gradually walked uphill and came across a pedestrian bridge. From there, we enjoyed a fantastic panoramic view of the city and took several beautiful photos.。

Seeing Tokyo Tower Up Close

Finally, we reached the closest point to Tokyo Tower. Just across the street stood the iconic landmark, where many visitors were gathering on the sloping sidewalk to capture the perfect photo. The bright red Tokyo Tower truly lives up to its reputation as one of Tokyo’s most beautiful landmarks.
